The DuBois Area Middle School recently celebrated its re-designation as a School to Watch.

Six DuBois Area Middle School students were recently awarded American Legion Auxiliary awards.
Late registration for entry into the DuBois Area School District in the fall of 2016 will be August 3, 2016. All students grades K-12 should register at the DuBois Area Middle School. Personnel will be on duty to assist with registration from 9:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. First time registrants for kindergarten and first grade must bring their birth certificate and social security number. All students must bring immunization records and proof of residency. (Examples: deed, lease, current utility bill, current credit card bill, property tax bill, vehicle registration or DOT Identification Card.)
All children who will begin kindergarten this fall must be five (5) years of age by July 1, 2016. First grade registrants who have not been in kindergarten should be six (6) by July 1, 2016.
Class of 2017 senior pictures
Senior pictures for the DAHS Class of 2017 will be taken at the high school cafeteria July 27, July 28, Aug. 1 and Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Information regarding senior pictures and yearbook ads have been mailed out to all members of the Class of 2017. Impact tests for fall sports athletes will be held at the middle school and high school on the following dates and times. Any athlete entering 7th, 9th or 11th grade, or any new athlete, is required to have a baseline Impact test with the school. Please sign-up for the tests at the either main office of the high school or middle school. DAMS enters contest
The DuBois Area Middle School has registrered for the Edmentum Summer Academic Sprints Contest through Study Island. Click here for more information about the contest. The school has opportunity to win credit toward Edmentum products as well as Chromebook computers through the contest.
