I expect each student do his or her best at all times. I value hard work and a good attitute.  Any form of cheating goes against the basic values I set forth for both myself and my students.  Therefore, this important form must be read and signed by both the student and the parent or guardian and returned by Friday, September 2, 2011.  It will be counted as a homework grade for 5 points.
