DuBois Area High School graduate Chereese Langley was recently selected to receive the Kuldeep Shastri Memorial Scholarship from the Pittsburgh Chapter of Financial Executives International based on her high academic achievement, service as an active member in the Army National Guard and her aspirations to work in the accounting field.

For Paul Butler, it’s been a long journey. One that he hopes doesn’t end anytime soon. The journey for Butler, a 2011 DuBois Area High School graduate, has gone from Reynoldsville to DuBois to Akron, Ohio, to California, Pa., to Tampa, Fla., and hopefully to an NFL city. That’s right the NFL, as in the National Football League.
DuBois Area High School students participated and competed with the best singers/musicians from more than 60 other schools in Region 2.
The DuBois Area Middle School has implememented the Chomp-Out Hunger Program. This program is designed to assist families in need. If you are interested in receiving non-perishable food items, please contact your child's guidance counselor at 375-8770. Also, if you are interested in donating items to this program, you can drop off non-perishable food items to the middle school office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
